AMAZING LOCATION! Luxe Apartment - AVAILABLE THIS WEEKEND. Hi there. I am a 39 year old IT Project Manager with a spare room to rent out. I work from home 3 days a week and have a senior Chihuahua who sleeps all day. I am very quiet during the week, super friendly and clean. Enjoy cooking, love a healthy lifestyle, walking the dog and i go to gym daily. Huge 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the river. Fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The building has a heated indoor pool, spa and sauna along with a gym with free weights. There is a small library, common chill out areas and access via the river walk, street side and park access to eagle street. The room is light and airy with a double built in and own bathroom. It has the best view of the Story Bridge along the river and opens up to the balcony. Would suit someone with full time employment (not WFH) looking for a luxe inner city room with own bathroom and no bills. Preferably 25+ and female. Like to keep the place clean and tidy. The rooms are on separate ends of the apartment and it is very quiet. Kind, friendly neighbors and safe area.
