About the house

One rapid bus to the city, ANU, Woden, and Tuggers. Off street parking in the complex. A 3 minute walk to the Erindale shops and unfortunately close to Goodberrys. All bills covered in rent - internet, water, electricity, gas. Room has a private ensuite, no sharing with anyone. Kitchen has everything required with a cute little entertaining space for guests. Fold out couch when necessary. Washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine all available on property. Meets minimum energy efficiency standards. I am a dorky guy working in the APS. I go to the gym and play video games in my spare time. Just chill. Enjoy peace. Widget is my old ginger cat. He is lovely and has very little respect for personal space. He's a bit old and has diabetes. Doesn't get along too well with other pets, but we can talk about it.
