About the house

The location is sensational close to hospitals, Melbourne Uni, Errol Street, 5 minutes walk to both the tram and trains, and 1 minute to the IGA/shops and 2 min to Woolworth. The house is modern, fully furnished, with roof garden, broadband and basically everything you need. I am looking to share the house with a female profesional with a full time job and good rental references. Clean, organized and respectful.
