About the house

Hey everyone, I have a room available in my 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in Coogee- 5 min walk from the beach. You’d be living with myself and my 3 year old frenchie, Albi so loving dogs is a must! I work in media and from home Mondays & Fridays and in office the other days. Ideally looking for a female around the same age (29) who is clean and respectful and up for a wine on the couch every now and then. The room is available from late September, however the lease is up mid October and I’m looking to renew for 12 months so ideally looking for someone long term. The room is decent size, fitting a queen bed and has a huge 3 door wardrobe. The rest of the unit is quite big, with a balcony and is fully furnished aside from the room available. Rent is $425 p/w not inc. internet or bills. Hit me up if you’d be interested!
