About the house

Im a very easy going, mature, genuine, honest and reliable, down to Earth individual that is mostly known to have a smile on my face. I have been sharing homes for around 4 years so far, I'm 40 years young, straight male that is happy to enjoy life and what it has to offer. My interests are in personal and spiritual development, learning new things, cooking, adventures outdoors and spending time with my son which I normally have every second weekend and sometimes more. I have a soft spot for dogs and know what it means for them to be included as a family. Being family orientated I am kind, respectful and like keeping things fairly clean and tidy. This is not a party house as I also do early morning starts so I would appreciate someone with similar values and also like keeping things clean and tidy even in the common areas please. I am happy to interact as a normal functioning house hold if that's something you are after but also enjoy my recharge and alone time also. Located in a relatively quiet street and in the beautiful region of Lake Macquarie. Just minutes from the water, schools and shopping, you will love the feel of this 4 bedroom home with its good vibes and you get to enjoy your own space if you ever feel the need. Approx 7 minutes to the freeway to head north or south bound if you have to travel. Equipped with a fully functional kitchen on gas including the hot water system these items make life a little more pleasant.
