About the house

House is in Benowa. Although it has 4 bedrooms you will only share it with myself & 3 very chilled out, friendly feline friends. I work from home (separate office). I enjoy getting out to gigs/galleries/cafes, dancing, reading, listening to music, gardening or watching a movie to unwind. The house is clean and tidy but am not obsessive about it, I like my home to feel comfortable, not clinical. I really enjoy good conversations and having a laugh but also like my own space to regenerate. Room is furnished & you have your own bathroom with separate toilet. Rent includes internet, electricity & gas. Looking for clean, fun and respectful housemate ideally aged 30+ and employed.
