✨ About the Property ✨ The house is fully furnished and is clean, well-maintained, and in great condition, with plenty of natural light, house plants, and a cosy balcony. This place is for someone who is looking for a place that is furnished. Located near Essendon, Niddrie, and Moonee Ponds, it’s just a 2-minute walk to the tram stop, with a direct route to the CBD (under 11km away). The location is also close to shopping centres and freeway exits, making it super convenient. Shared spaces include the upstairs kitchen and bathroom, plus laundry facilities in the garage. All utensils and kitchenware are available for use. The upstairs bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and has full access to the bathroom, kitchen, dining/lounge, and balcony. Please note: there is heating in the room but no split system. I’m looking for someone with a stable and secure job who is courteous, respectful, trustworthy, and keeps the home tidy by cleaning up after themselves straight away.
