Top floor two bedroom apartment in the heart of Cronulla! Hi All, have a decent sized top floor 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Cronulla only a short walk to Cronulla Street, beaches and train station. Room has a queen bed, small chest of drawers and a clothes hanger which can be used or put into storage. I work from home 2 odd days a week although am often on the road too as a sales professional. Must be super clean and financially sound please. Property available from 8 December or earlier depending on current flatmates (a mate moving north) departure. Not in need of a flatmate but happy to share with someone who is chill and respectful.
