About the house

SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH PETS, MATURE AGED, STUDENTS, WORKING PROFESSIONALS, FIFO You will be sharing this sunny and lovely house with One Singaporean, who enjoy nice quiet nights (so I can sleep in peace); and a nice clean home. On weekdays, I am usually busy working. I like a lot of time to myself, but can be social too. During the holidays, I enjoy exploring new places to eat, hiking, swimming, cycling and shopping! You are welcome to join me, but if you prefer time to yourself, that's okay too:) Living environment: Peaceful, safe and lovely location in Welburn street, Nollamara (this is the nice and safe area - rest assured) Clean and quiet with your own living room area Relaxing patio with small garden which is great for sitting out and if you have a green thumb then I will more than happily let you have your way with it. 3 min walk to bus stop that takes you straight into the city, ECU Close to ikea, conventry markets, beach and Karrinyup/Morley shopping centre Non-smoking environment Parking space Respectful of space and privacy Home cooked meals provided (Occasionally) Rent for unfurnished room is $250. Furnished room is $300 Bond required (4 weeks rent)
