About the house

Were Looking for a new housemate , a neurodivergent and queer friendly household of 3 adults In Their mid 20s (as-well as two friendly cats) we’re renting our third bedroom , a bright, partially furnished room with a new double bed (brand new mattress) and a built in wardrobe , we also have plenty of room for furniture and other decor within the home , and some shed storage , our current lease ends at the end of July so we’re offering a 4 month lease with potential for longer if we collectively decide to renew , $280 a week including bills , wifi and access to streaming services , our home is walking distance to Ringwood station and Eastland shopping centre , at the back of a private block with quiet neighbours and we have the potential for on and off street parking, we’re a predominantly female household so would be well suited to another woman or couple joining our house.
