About the house

A north-facing sun-drenched spacious apartment with a generous balcony overlooking leafy surroundings adjacent to nature and birds flitting about in the trees. All mod cons in place including a dishwasher and air conditioning. The building offers a heated swimming pool, a hot spa, a sauna, and a gym. I have found these to be extremely useful to relax after a run or a busy day. It is very close to Westfield, a host of vibrant cafes, CBD buses, and the train station is footsteps away. The beach is within a convenient distance (15-minute jog or 5-minute bike ride or 25-minute stroll - whichever you prefer). Waverley Park with ocean views, lots of green spots to stretch and relax under the sun, a soccer field, basketball courts, and tennis courts are a couple of minutes' walk away.
