Closet included. Fully facilitated bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Gated complex. 12minute walk from/to station. 2 minutes to shops and bus. Available parking. Cost of room rent is $300 /w for a single person or $450 / w for a couple. All utility bills included such as Internet, gas and electricity. No Pets. Fairly clean tenants. Respectful to neighbours.
