About the house

Hello looking to rent out a 2-3 bedroom house in Oakleigh area in Jan, needing a roommate that can half rent with me and my boyfriend, max we can afford is 220 a week so rent will be the same for you (50/50) we have a 16 week old staffy x collie who is very playful but gentle as she was raised around toddlers, we are clean people looking for the same, from what I’ve been seeing atm I’ve seen a couple 2 bathrooms so hopefully will have own bathroom bills will not be included in rent but will be devided equally between all housemates
