About the house

Here's the Rent/Payment details: - $1380PCM ($345PW) Rent. Flat $50PW for Utilities. So $395 total Per Week. - Bond amount: $1380. - Available Now. - Currently Month to Month. - Your name will go on the lease & You'll be required to sign through the House's Agency. The Space: I'm looking to split this fantastic, modern (<8 Year old), two-storey Townhouse here in Ferntree Gully with one permanent/long-term Room-Mate (Open to 4-5 Month stay also). Space will be unfurnished (save for the coffee table the TV is on) & You'll be free to fill the spaces. I've previously shared the space with Family & we've kept it in top nick since we moved in. However, they've all moved out & it's just Me now. As the House is two-storey, essentially, I'll be on the upper level & You'll get to take over the downstairs bedroom & the enormous lounge (It's open plan w/common kitchen). Your bathroom, which is also the common bathroom, is just next door from Your room. Your Room also includes a large wall-closet & wall-mounted heater. Here's the tidbits list: - Unfortunately no pets :( - Quaint, private backyard w/mounted clothes-line & Outdoor storage shed. - 1 Car Roller Door Garage w/space for another car infront of it & safe on-street parking. - All common house appliances (Dryer, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc) are already taken care of. - Upstairs spare bedroom as the House is 3-Bedroom. - Split-System in Lounge. - <5 Drive between Westfield Knox & Mountain Gate Shops. The House backs onto Scoresby Rd but sound has never been an issue. - Bus stops close by. About Me: I'm a 26yo, Bi Guy & work as a full-time Leading Hand Gardener.
