About the house

We are away from September 2nd till November 19th, so 2 and half months however we are flexible to extend to 3 months for the tenants convenience. Our ideal tenants are a family or group of friends looking for a short term property. We would like people who are responsible and respectful as we live in a friendly neighbourhood. This two bedroom house is located in the heart of Earlwood, a quiet yet convenient suburb. The property offers two large bedrooms, a flowing living and dinning area with bathroom (shower bath combo). There is a laundry and seperate toilet located off the living room. The kitchen is full equiped with oven, microwave, air fryer and all the pots and pans needed for cooking. The garden is a decent size with lawn area and studio space which can be used as a second lounge area or creative endeavours. The driveway extends up the side of the property for plenty of off street parking. Rent is $750 per week bills included.
