Fully air conditioned, washer and dryer and dishwasher included. Small unit of only 8 flats, friendly neighbours and beautiful suburb/street. We are right next to Double Bay beach and a convenient walk to the train station & bus stops. Street permit parking available. Our place is fully furnished by us with everything you’d need. You’ll just need to furnish your room and bring your own bath towels etc
