About the house

Fantastic location, minutes away from Smith street and close to all forms of public transport (you can also apply for a parking permit if your preference is to drive) 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouse with massive light filled living space (and AC), laundry, kitchen and courtyard Master bedroom with private ensuite and rooftop balcony, able to fit a king bed and desk with ease, generous walk in robes and AC. House is fully furnished so all you need is stuff for your room! (bed can stay in from our current flatmate if you need one) Roomies (Me) Ela (she/her 34) - originally from the Slovenia, enjoys board games, experimenting with recipes and always down for a chat. Kay-Anne (she/her 29) - loves to host dinner parties, will need caffeine before she can have a coherent conversation and can be spotted working from home most days in her PJs. We both work full time, so keep things relatively quiet during the week. We’re a pretty social house and usually have our own thing going on, but we make an effort to have housemate dinners and hangs. Ideally we’d like someone in a similar age range, also 9-5 and who’d be down to join in on a last minute invite to a random house party in Brunswick or something. Couples welcomed. Room is available 29th August, considering only those willing to go on the lease and are after a long term rental. LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly. Rent is $1450 (+$175 for couples) per month, paid on the 4th, bond is $1150 to be paid to outgoing housemate. Bills split evenly.
