About the house

This is a beautiful beachfront apartment in Palm Beach on the top floor 😍 Gorgeous view and I also have a day bed and a bar on the balcony for pleasure. I would like to live with someone that's very clean, friendly, and respectful of time during week as I do go to bed early. The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom that are placed on opposite sides with laundry in the middle so lots of privacy. You will also get your own balcony off your bedroom overlooking the ocean. Only kitchen, living room, laundry and main balcony at the front will be shared. There is also a pool so you can have your choice of pool or ocean on those hot summer days. Parking will be street parking and I do have a permit for that and you can park there as long as you would like. Internet will be included in rent. Utilities will be split in half every 3 months when the bill comes. I look forward to chatting 😊
