You would also have your own private bathroom (with an actual bath). rent includes all bills (unlimited internet / gas / electricity / water. Would suit a professional single or student. There are several living spaces including a courtyard, two lounge/dining spaces, open plan modern kitchen, aircon throughout and a dishwasher. You'll be living with myself (Ryan) and my fiancé, Talulah. I work in tech, working from home Thursdays and Fridays. Talulah studies full time, doing a masters on coral reef restoration. The location is amazing - just a short walk to Windsor train station, lutwyche road busses, parks, cafes, shops. Super close to the city/valley. Easy drive to everything northside, or south via inner city bypass or quick link to the airport. This is no joke - its very well located and close to everything.
