Room + Studio/ Office + Bathroom Available in Balmoral ✨🪩 Looking for a clean, organised, LGBT-friendly housemate aged 20–26 to join our home in beautiful Balmoral! 🌈🌱 🛏️Your Rooms: - Own upstairs bedroom, bathroom and studio/ office - Bedroom features large built-in wardrobe, high ceilings, and a window looking out to the back yard - Office/ study room with windows facing the greenhouse and back yard. This room will be exclusively yours and would be perfect as a studio or office. We are also open to this space being used as a home business studio for lashes, makeup etc if this is your thing! - Own spacious bathroom with heaps of storage space 🏡 The House: - Spacious balcony with stunning views of the city across to Hamilton – perfect for sunsets and fireworks! - Large kitchen and living area upstairs, as well as living area downstairs - both air-conditioned. - Gorgeous, jungle-like backyard maintained by a gardener (included in rent), with a large greenhouse if you’re a green thumb! - Plenty of street parking and garage storage space 📍 Location: - Located in lovely Balmoral, only a short walk to the Brisbane river, Hawthorne, Bulimba, and Oxford Street cafes, shops, and transport. 👥 Who You’ll Live With: - Ethan: Nursing student and support worker - Ava: Film student and sports videographer - Dylan: Chef and owner of Ollie the sausage dog 🐾 - Dylan (and Ollie) live upstairs; Ethan and Ava are downstairs. - Our house is relatively quiet and peaceful - we are super friendly and social but really hard workers and busy bees between work and uni.
