About the Property: This property is beautifully situated, with a stunning view looking out across Lake Orr and easy access to the lake, to individuals who enjoy kayaking or other water sports. It is located close to Southport Burleigh road, Christine Corner shops, 7 mins drive to M1 Pacific Motorway and Reedy Creek and a short 10 minute drive to Burleigh Heads. The house is a two story town house, with the lounge located on the ground floor, which is air-conditioned, with the two main bedrooms upstairs, with fans and built in wardrobes. This is an older house and so has the normal quirks and wear and tear expected. It is officially a three bedroom property, with the 3rd smallest room, located next to the bedroom with ensuite (my room), allocated as an office, this space has a gorgeous view looking out over the lake. The communal areas, lounge/kitchen are without a TV and is preferred to stay that way, to preserve a calm, peaceful and relaxing environment. Extra Bills: There is NBN with TPG at the property for a shared monthly fee, along with electricity paid per quarter. Water is included in the rent. Shared (in place) Utilities/ furniture: Washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, dining table + chairs, and couch. The front courtyard offers a private space to sit and relax amongst the fauna. There is plenty of off street parking in this cul-de-sac, with specific visitor parking allocations, out in front of the property. This is a strictly non-smoking house and sadly no pets allowed. Neighbours are friendly and respectful of each other, offering a safe and supportive area to live in. About Me: Hello, my names Maz. I'm a single 40 year old women, originally from the UK. Working full time as a Health Practice Manager. I've been living in this property for the past 4 years and its an absolutely gorgeous space. I am an easy going person, very tidy, and respectful of other peoples privacy and boundaries and I am looking for a reciprocal housemate. Someone who is also a professional working full time, or studying, reliable in paying rent and bills on time and has an excellent rental history.
