About the house

4 bedroom Townhouse with separate bathroom, ducted air con, dishwasher and decent sized yard. Also has access to a swimming pool and rec room. It’s within a complex but the properties either side are holiday houses and rarely occupied. Rent is for use of half the house plus internet electricity separate. Other arrangements can be discussed. I have a cat so pets ok but would have to be compatible or outdoors.
