Unfurnished, queen size bed can fit easily and bedside tables. You get your own bathroom and bedroom, there is a bathtub as well. A great wardrobe with large drawers and space. The apartment is partially furnished. - secure entrance - Brighton beach and Elwood beach 5 mins - Monash Caulfield and Clayton close by - 20 mins to Chadstone shopping centre - bus stop right outside the apartment - Gardenvale and Caulfield train station 5-10 mins away You will be living with me, a biomedical student working part time. I love my personal space, and home proud. Clean, neat and tidy. I appreciate a quiet household, no parties. Love the occasional meal and Netflix.
