About the house

Two rooms available for either a couple or single person, as the current couple living there are moving of the 20th of February. \n' + '\n' + 'The room in the photo is the largest room in the house with lots of natural light and a built in wardrobe for storage. There is also a smaller room available upon enquiry.\n' + '\n' + 'The electricity, gas and water are split equally each quarter.\n' + '\n' + 'The house is situated in Dickson with a 5 minute walk to the light rail and 20 minutes from the Dickson shops. It has a yard and plenty of car space with a shed.
