About the house

The end of the street, a quiet, safe area, backs onto the forest. Room size is approximately 3.2m by 3.5m Recently painted inside and out. Exceptionally clean. High ceilings. New bathroom fixture. Motion-activated security lights front and back. Separate fridges. No shoes in the house rule. It is not just an "I worked in Japan" thing, I walk around the house barefoot. Don't drag a lot of dirt through the house with shoes on. Shoes off at the front door. I am not your parent and will not clean up after you. Strictly no drugs or anything else illegal. No fences but it is inconvenient to get to the neighbour's yard unless you enjoy crawling through bamboo. No outdoor shelter for a dog.
