Howdy... I'm Natalia. I am looking for a friendly, tidy flatmate for a 6-month stay, with the option to extend if it works well for both of us. The room an 11m² room with a large west-facing window that floods it with afternoon sun, and because we're on the first floor you get great privacy too. Unfurnished, but with a generous built-in wardrobe ready for your things. The lounge room is seriously big—80cm TV, Blu-ray player and a soundbar, so it's proper movie-night territory. The kitchen is a good size with a gas stove and oven, and there's plenty of cupboard and fridge space reserved just for you, including your own large shelves. Everything you need is close by: the 605 bus is a 5-minute walk, the 3, 16 and 64 trams are 8 minutes, and Malvern Station is 12 minutes on foot. Around 40–45 minutes door to door into the city. Coles, Woolworths and IGA are all within a 15-minute walk, Anytime Fitness is 12 minutes, and Caulfield Park is a pleasant 10-minute stroll away. Bond is 2-weeks rent, with rent due by 1st of each month. It is just me living here—no partner or kids to factor in—so you'd have a calm, easy-going home.
