Pricing includes - One bedroom, sized for a queen bed - Smaller second room (Could be used as a study, second living space or extra bedroom) - Both rooms are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning - Private bathroom - Balcony overlooking the ocean - Under cover secure car space There is no bedroom furniture included for bedrooms. Shared spaces include - Kitchen (with dishwasher) - Laundry (Washer and dryer) All kitchen and laundry equipment is supplied. These common areas are to be kept clean after use.
