Good location, close to broadwater, sea breeze, close to local supermarkets and 10 mins away from large shopping centres, good street parking, close to cafes and restaurants, 5min walk to bus stop. Electricity, internet and water are split evenly, EXCLUDED FROM RENT. Hi, I’m Rhiannon, I’m 18 years old and have recently moved to the area at start of the year. I’m currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Dance so I’m dancing full time 5 days a week, so I’m out 9- 3:30pm Monday - Fridays. My interests consist of dancing, health & fitness, binge watching a little netflix here and there, socialising with friends and hanging at the beach. I meal prep and cook my own food each week, which will continue if you choose to move in! I’m fun and outgoing and little bit of a clean freak, but I also love having my own space and time to myself, and will respect yours too. I’m looking for a friendly, easy going, tidy flatmate to share with me. If you’re after a drama free home and don’t mind doing your bit to keep the home clean and tidy, then we’re on the same page. I think it’s great to have a friendship within the home, but also respect each other’s space and privacy. I cook my own food each week and will prefer to keep it that way :) - no pets - non-smokers - communal washing line - female only
