About the house

Hello! I’m looking for someone ideally late 20’s/early 30’s to join me in this Erskineville terrace! The room is available from 1st December but can be flexible. Sorry no couples The room✨✨ Large room (approx. 3.5 x 3.7m) plus your own private balcony. Can fit queen bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe etc. Also has a ceiling fan! The room comes unfurnished. Rent is $370 a week + bills (split evenly). Bond is 4 weeks’ rent The house🏡 The house is a 2-storey terrace with modern bathroom, open living and dining, and kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove. Both the bedrooms are upstairs. Also has a large courtyard! I am attempting to establish a vegetable garden and have grand plans to grow tomatoes in the summer…Any help is much needed. Let me know if you have furniture you want to bring! My current housemate is taking the coffee table and one of the sofas so if you have either of those that would be fabulous. Great location – 4 min walk (or 2 mins if you are super speedy) to either Erskineville or Mcdonaldtown station or 10 minute walk to Newtown station. About me 😊 I work part time in an arts organisation and do private music teaching. I love hosting dinner parties, playing tennis, a chilled red, second hand shopping, and I spend way too much money on language classes I keep busy but would like to find someone who wants to make the place a home, would be keen to hang out sometimes for movie nights, going out for a drink, sharing meals etc.!
