Hello! Me and my housemate are wanting to sublease one of the rooms in our apartment as she is going away for a while. It is a beautiful 2 room apartment! Right next to burwood brickworks, the place provides easy access to cafes, woolworths and all necessities. Deakin University is just 4 tram stops away and trams and buses are available at a walking distance. Looking for someone laid-back, clean and friendly to sublease one of the rooms with its very own bathroom. All basic furnishings available. Rent per month is $1350 plus bills.
