Hello i am Dan, i am moving out and looking for a single person replacement with a new lease contract for $250 p/w ,the main double bedroom in a 2 bed room unit, fully furnished , other room is rented to a 27 yr old male who works fulltime and most weekends on second job . Place is very clean and tidy and expected to be at all times , It is close to every thing you need and more ,Marion Shopping Center 1 km away, train station , 300 metres away , bus stop 100 metres away, Warradale hotel 200 metres away quiet street , ok to have visitors . just ask any questions , . 2 kilometers to Brighton Beach. 6 months stay with option possibly for another 3-6 months only.
