Hi, I'm Kate - welcome to my private home - a beautifully finished, thoughtfully curated space filled with things I love. More like a sanctuary than your typical share house - the atmosphere here is calm and relaxed, ideal for someone who values peaceful living and mutual respect. ** NO KIDS - Sorry! ** You'll have a spacious queen sized bedroom with built-in robes and will share the main bathroom with 1 x male - a generous setup that is currently fully furnished but you're welcome to bring any bedroom furnishings you have giving you the freedom to decorate and make the space truly your own. The main living area, connected to the shared kitchen and dining, is a space I use regularly, so mutual respect and consideration are expected - nothing overbearing, just the basics of good shared living. Outside, you'll find a private backyard with a swimming pool, BBQ area, and outdoor dining - perfect for relaxed weekends or a quiet dip after work. The laundry includes a large washer and dryer, both available for use. I share my home with a male in his 30's from the UK. He is here on a 6mth working visa, working locally in Narangba and is otherwise out and about and generally keeps to himself. Two friendly, senior shihtzus (non-shedding) also call this place home, so youll need to be comfortable sharing some areas of the house with them. They're a big part of the household but can easily be locked out of your areas if you'd prefer they did come into your space. Smokers are welcome - outdoors only. 420-friendly 🍃 Wi-Fi, water, and electricity are included (within normal use). I installed solar panels two years ago and havent had an electricity bill since - happy to show past bills. If one ever arises, it will be the tenant/s responsibility. 👋 About Me I run my own small business and also work casually, often into the evenings. I'm social but introverted - I enjoy company, but I recharge with quiet time. I love music, reading, and a good series binge. I believe in honesty, courtesy, and treating people with respect.
