Fully furnished, including a washer and dryer, shower, separate bath and built-in wardrobes, fully stocked kitchen with everything free to use. Rent is $220/week $880/month, due on the 4th. Bond is 1 months rent All bills (gas, water, electric, and NBN) are split equally. My room has built-in wardrobe with a shelf, a huge 6 shelf bookcase you could basically fit a library in it. It’s otherwise unfurnished, so you’ll really get to make it your own space! It’s a nice and quiet spot too. Housemate is Josie (28 she/her) she's super artistic and into ceramics, studying her bachelors, and a hospo worker. She's always respectful of your space/time/things and fun to be around. 10/10 housemate
