About the house

Hello, we will likely respond to messages on the weekend. Please provide a summary of yourself and why you think you might fit in our space. We will arrange inspections/meet and greets late February and will be choosing someone soon after this as we want to find a good personality match for our home. Sorry, no couples! Location The house is located in Modbury North just metres from the Clovercrest Shopping District, public transport, 24/7 gym, parks and within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. It is only a short drive to Tea Tree Plaza and O'barn, Ingle Farm Shopping Centre. Your Room The room and windows are key-lockable. Has a built-in robe with full mirror doors. Well looked after and kept clean by last housemate. Shared Spaces The house was built in 2020, The home has zoned air conditioning/heating to allow you to have the perfect temperature in your room without disturbing other rooms. The main bathroom will be shared by you and one other occupant. It has a full bath, shower and gas instantaneous hot water. The shared spaces have modern quality home furnishings and appliances that were originally purchased new for owners and are expected they be cared for with respect by all housemates as it was your own. Open living area has ample couch space, 65" wall-mounted smart TV, large dining area, access to a covered alfresco area and seating. Kitchen has abundance of space allowing you your own shelf space and fridge space. It is supplied with oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, puratap as well as pots and pans, microwave, rice cooker and much more. Laundry has washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please note: furnishings in the home will not be the same as photos but still modern and in great condition. (Final lounge room photo is current house photo) Current House mates: We are friendly people who like to interact in our shared space but also have our own self time too. We happily have friends visit and stay but are mindful of frequency and communicating and checking in with each other when we do. We are looking for someone who is similar in age range, LGBT+ friendly, non-smoking, will clean up after themselves and hopefully matches our mix between friendly, chill and maybe even awkward? The house hold has a beautiful grey kitty (can be spotted in last lounge photo!) who is well loved and cared for. She is an mello and chatty cat, who is indoors but does explore the back yard. She does not match well with other furry friends so will not be able to have other cats/dogs. We look forward to hearing from you 😃
