About the house

This is a unit in a nice area, close to the train station along with plenty of bus and tram stops. It's also not far from Windy Hill, Moonee Ponds Creek, North Essendon Village and the Moonee Ponds shopping precinct. The room has a built in wardrobe as shown in the photos and the desk and other things will be moved out. You can fit a queen bed in the room but would be tight. If you wanted a desk or other pieces of furniture, I imagine you would need a single/king single bed. The bathroom, kitchen and loungeroom are also featured in the photos. As you can see, it's all fully furnished. I'm open to having another set of shelves and some more artwork in the shared space but there's not much room for anything else. There is a good amount of extra cupboard and draw space in the kitchen and bathroom though. The car port is free and there's some parking available on the street although nothing available in front of the unit block. There's also a shared space for the clothes lines with a nice garden. There's no pets but I'm more than happy to have a cat in the unit. I'm not as interested in dogs. I don't think the place is big enough.
