Room in share house for rent in Gwynneville. Available monday the 10th of August. $227 a week, bills split evenly, wifi $16.25 per month. Bond is $680. Room comes unfurnished but the remainder of the house is fully furnished. 16 week lease ending on the 27th of November, with a 12 month renewal afterwards, taking it to the 27th of November 2027. Other housemates are a male, female couple and another female, all students that work. Friendly and down for a chat but respectful of each others space. Shared lounge room space, back patio and hallway cupboard storage.On street parking. No couples allowed due to maximum tenancy being 4 people. No pets.
