You have an income and time for other pursuits such as DIY skills that help reduce your expenses. You check the pantry and garden before shopping. You don't need a lot of indoor space because you enjoy the back deck and garden. You're aware of and concerned about over-consumption, waste and overpopulation, but don't fret about it. Ideally you have some knowledge or experience of intentional/sustainable communities or cohousing. See photos for floor plan, rooms and inclusions. One car lock up garage (+ street parking) & bike shed (both shared with live-in owner) included. 3.5kWh/day electricity included. Move in date is by negotiation but no quick entries to this unit as it is a shared house. 3 month trial lease renewable to 12 months. No pets.
