About the house

Bills included. Just renovated - new carpet and paint in all rooms, new fixtures in bathrooms. Furniture in the photos is optional. Good sized living room, dining table and north-facing balcony. Air conditioning in the living space. High speed unlimited WiFi included, as well as streaming services. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and oven. Internal laundry with separate washer and dryer, plus clothes racks on the balcony to air dry if preferred. I’m very clean and quiet. I’m retired but I like to go out with friends. I don’t have parties or lots of people over, just close family members and a friend sometimes. I’m looking for someone that is also tidy. Preferably someone that works or studies during the day. No pets, no smokers and no couples. Otherwise just looking for someone that is respectful and easy to live with.
