About the house

**Lease takeover. Looking for someone to take over my room in Coogee as I have had a change of plans and will be going home sooner than expected. Looking for someone long term who is willing and able to commit up to the end of October 2024 or so (have a visa that will cover them if applicable). Less than a ten minute walk from Coogee Beach, Titan Fitness and Woolies. You will be living with an Italian guy and a Slovakian girl, both working full time and the girl is also studying. Both are very sociable and friendly. This is a calm and chilled house. The room is fully furnished and very spacious. There is lots of space in the room. Cleanliness and respect towards others is highly valued. Rent is 420 per week and bills normally work out at around $50 a month. Looking for a girl. Available from 23rd Dec.
