About the house

Looking for a chill and friendly roommate to share my cozy apartment in Spring Hill! The room is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of the cbd, and offers easy access to public transportation. I'm a laid-back person who enjoys movies/series (horror is a fav), gaming, reading, or getting out exploring whether it be.a cafe or a day hiking or anything in between that doesn't involve jumping off things. I'm looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful, and enjoys a peaceful living environment. You will also have the joy of sharing with my cats so if you have allergies it may be one to miss. The cats are all older and generally quiet and sleepy. I do however have one who is rather vocal every now and then and seems to enjoy singing the songs of his elders. * Fully furnished large bedroom with a study desk and chair as well as arm arm chair, you would also have your own bathroom, the washing machine and dryer is in there though so I will need to wash clothes for both our sakes * The apartment has an awesome view of the city from the balcony and is air-conditioned it is located in a hotel complex and has a gym and 50m lap pool for your use.
