About the house

Wembley. 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 car space 2 story unit. In need of a housemate by mid May, 6 month lease but can request longer stay once 6 months is up as I won’t be renewing past November. Non drug user, person who cleans up after themselves, no pets must be willing to go on a lease. Not a party house. 19-32 years of age. I’m a 21 year old full time student who works night shifts in hospitality. I’m a very clean person and bubbly once you get to know me.
