The living areas are large and open plan. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need—a modern fully equipped kitchen with all the kit that opens out onto a big balcony with a gas BBQ, a comfy living area with 59' flat screen TV and Sonos Wifi sound system, high speed broadband internet, ducted air-conditioning in every room, and a well setup Work From Home nook. It's a 200m walk to Stanmore train station and the local IGA supermarket, 4 train stops to the CBD (only 2 for the express trains), and a 5 minute walk to the Enmore Road bars/resturant precinct and buzzy Newtown. The room is bright and well sized (3m x 3.6m), fits a double/queen bed comfortably, has ducted air-conditioning, built in wardrobe and sole use of the main bathroom. It's a safe neighbourhood and building, with video security on the apartment building and door, deadlocked security door on the apartment. Internet, Gas and Electricity are all split 50/50. Car space available for an additional $35 per week (negotiable) ABOUT THE FLATMATE I’m in my mid-40s, easy-going and I love a clean and clutter free home. I’m a TaeKwonDo enthusiast who likes to stay active and loves cooking, esspecially for other people. I'm a dad of a polite and gorgeous 10yo boy who stays a couple of nights a week. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need—a great kitchen with all the kit, a comfy living area. Every thing in the common living areas is free for you to access. Feel free to host friends or have the occasional gathering. This is a place where you can kick back and feel at home.
