About me My name's Zoe, I'm an occupational therapist. I'm a quiet person who enjoys gardening, sewing, and baking. I have a cat, Maisy and two birds, Chester and Cinnamon (the birds do not come into the common spaces). About the house Three bedroom unit with open plan living. Large kitchen with stove and oven. Lounge and dinning areas. Spare room which can be used as a study or extra living space (currently unfurnished). There is a patio and small backyard (mostly concreted). Off street parking and single garage. Local shops, cafes, and mooroolbark station are a short drive away. About the room - Unfinished - Large space with 2 built in wardrobes - Own bathroom with shower and bath plus separate toilet Requirements - Female only - Friendly and kind - Respectful of the space and cleans up after self - Social and up for a chat but also respectful of others - Pet friendly - LGBTQ+ friendly - No couples - No smoking I am open to renting the spare room if two friends are looking together.
