About the house

It is a beautiful and newly built duplex located in North Ryde. The rooms are all upstairs, fully furnished with a bed, study desk and built in wardrobe. One of the rooms has a balcony. Transportation wise, it’s a 10min walk to metro and 5min to a bus station that can take you straight to Chatswood, Macquarie, Eastwood etc.. You can get to Macquarie University within 15min. There are plenty of street parkings as well. There is direct access to the local park and the tennis court from home. All facilities at home are brand new. There is a smart home system, brand new French door fridge, washing machine, dryer and central AC.
