About the house

Minimum stay one month. Seeking a clean and considerate housemate for a Sunlit light filled furnished queen ensuite room in a spacious town house in Fitzroy. It’s between Smith street and Gore street where shops, restaurant and supermarkets are within 5 min walk. Tram stop 2 min walk will take you to the city in 10 mins. Parliament train station and North Richmond train station is 6 to 8 min tram ride away. The lockable bedroom has split system heating and cooling, a desk and chair and a bedside table. The other two housemate is 29 and 27 years of age and one work full time in the IT and the other is finishing off his study. Not a party house, a clean and safe house to come home to relax.
