About the house

A small cute older house in a very quiet street. It has 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans (the 2 available bedrooms have built in wardrobes too), 1 bathroom with bath/shower, and a separate toilet. the house is approximately 15mins walk from the Chelmer Train Station. There is also a bus stop 10mins walk away, but bus services seem much less frequent. Also a short drive to the Walter Taylor Bridge which takes you across the river towards Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. There's a few nice parks close by, and it's a short drive to a number of lovely coffee shops and cafes. Looking for tidy, respectful, friendly, quiet housemates who will be self-motivated to keep the house clean and livable. I try to be courteous and self motivated with house stuff - keep all the shared areas clean, tidy up after myself, just generally be aware that my housemates also have to use and enjoy the house too :) So I'm looking for 2 x flatmates with the same vibe! If you are tidy, friendly, and respectful we should be a good fit! I'm usually happy to chat and watch some tv after work or on weekends. But I'm also ok if socialising with housemates isn't your thing, as long as we are polite and respectful to each other and can discuss house issues when needed :) The house is a smaller, older QLDer style place and there is just not a lot of room for excess stuff, or for stuff to not be put away. So if you have a lot of stuff or need a lot of storage space, this isn't the place, sorry :(
