About the house

1 Large room available in Flemington. Join Pete and Owen in the marvellous, under appreciated inner suburb of Flemington in this calm and tidy 1930's redbrick sharehouse. I'm fairly quiet, do most of my socialising outside the house, into bushwalking, long bicycle tours, audio art and exploring storm water drainage systems! Owen, when not working as a landscape gardener, likes to relax with sportsing, gym and craft projects. We're looking for a busy, kind, progressive person for this VEGETARIAN household (happy if you're prepared to not eat meat at home). We aim to be considerate of housemates and noise. I'm typically working on music in headphones. The house is fragrance free and non smoking is the go, of course! Unfortunately it's not a pet friendly house. Fortunately there are many friendly pets living in the street! The nitty-gritty, the room is large - 17.5 square meters. Optionally partially furnished, or unfurnished. Rent is $1114 per calendar month. We pay $130 pcm into a shared kitty for internet, gas, electricity & household items. Bond is $970.
