About the house

Hellooooo!!! My brother and I have a spare bedroom $200 per week, to be rented out immediately. BILLS NOT INCLUDED. It is a 3 bedroom house, with living room, kitchen, backyard and laundry room in the lower level. The property is located in South Morang with a train station Middle gorge just 4 minutes walk. There is ample on street parking space. There are two bathrooms, one being advertised is shared bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and living room is full furnished. The bedroom comes with a double bed frame, desk and some storage in wardrobe as shown. We are friendly bunch with a busy schedule of work and uni. Hygiene and cleanliness is highly important to us.
