Hey all! Looking at renting a room for $350 a week, bills inclusive (negotiable). I'm Jack, a 27-year-old engineer. I'm looking for a short term roommate to let my spare room ideally up until the end of February but open to longer. About Me: I'm big into my music (own 4 guitars which you are more than welcome to play), outdoorsy, into hiking, bird watching, photography, laid-back, reading, traveling. Happy to go out exploring and equally relax in the apartment. The apartment: Located 5 minutes walk from North Richmond station and Hoddle street tramstop. 1 Bedroom available with an en suite, desk, bed and wardrobe are included. 1 additional bathroom (flat shared) for guests and myself, relatively large living area, balcony and a decent sized kitchen. - The living area is fully furnished. - Air conditioned - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Access to a small gym Hoping for someone of similar age and interests if possible and if you think this suits your vibe then drop me a message
