My shared home is a LGBTIQA+ friendly and safe environment. A double story 6 year old townhouse at the top of Brunswick, just short of Coburg and at the end of a cobblestone lane not far from Sydney Road & Moreland Train Station. Sydney Road Brunswick is a Melbourne icon destination of diverse culture, incredible food and live music. People here will say hello to you, even if they don't know you. The room to rent is a [Queen sized bed] bedroom, with a built in wardrobe and reverse cycle air conditioning. All you need to bring is your bedroom furniture. This home is "move in ready" with lounge and dining room furniture established and has the standard home appliances with a fridge, washing machine and clothes dryer. The shared bathroom is on the lower floor with the two bedrooms, laundry and garage. There is a sunfilled private outdoor terrace upstairs that opens up from the double sliding doors in the open plan lounge, dining & kitchen. The rent includes free AppleTV, Netflix, Stan, BINGE, Prime Video, Kayo & ESPN on the big screen Samsung TV in the lounge room. Rent is $1250 per calendar month due on 25th prior Bond is $1150 paid up front. Electricity, Gas and Water is $80 per month and NBN is $50 per month
